I'm not sure if this is just me or if more people are experiencing this, so I want to hear from a lot of people. I'm pretty sure the problem lies within our hosting provider, which sucks since they have been great up until the last 3-4 months which have just been constant problems.

Havent really noticed it until today. Usually the website loads instantly, but today, it takes like 15-20 seconds to load the page and most of the time I get a internal server error message, but other times it loads. Really weird.

Occasionally the site doesn't even load at all for me, just says something like "Internal Error" or something along those lines. But ya, definitely seems slower recently.

I was thinking it was just coz i was on my work pc, however since then I have also noticed a slight slowdown on my home one too

Also while trying to post i kept getting a message saying my response was withheld by a moderator due to double posting - when I had not posted, and there was no other comment from me when I checked?

I copied my text, went back to the post and tried again and it worked. But thats happened a number of times today

I noticed it seemed a little sluggish(taking me 20-25 seconds to load the page at times), there have been times when i have had the same issue as Harry Bo21. I also got a sever error last night, at around 8pm.

The only problems I have are like once a day or once every other day the site just won't load at all, like it's down. But after a few minutes I am able to access the site again and then moving around on the site seems to be normal.

I actually mention last month that I kept having service error 500's
it yesterday it was slow to loads that lasted 20 seconds

Yeah i have noticed aswell it keeps kicking me from chat when there is nothing wrong with my connection

I use safari, but I don't think it does have to do with the website being slow. I also recall that a couple of days/weeks ago the website crashed/or I can't visit it for unknown reasons.

Not sure if this means anything, but about 1-2 weeks ago I was in the chat room and I lost connection to it suddenly

After reloading the page, Google Chrome told me that it couldn't load the page so at this point I assumed that the website went down or something

After it came back up, I was expecting a UGX Admin to announce that the website went down for *insert reason here* or anything, but no announcement was made that day so I was kinda surprised and confused for a while there as to how the website crashed (and why)

I got the "500 Internal Server Error" yesterday 2 times when first loading up the site and when I clicked on "Show unread posts since your last visit". I just refreshed when it happened and all was good. Nothing like that today. Yes, definitely slower than 1-2 months ago.

Same to me, as I was never able connected to chat ever since I knew UGX mods

This is awkward because it has actually been FASTER for me. The initial connect to the site always took me about 15 seconds but now I load it so much faster. I may have gotten a 500 Internal Server Error the other day but that was the only time that happened.

Well out server hoster has ongoing issues with network availability.
Working on a solution - but those steps need time and proper planning. ( especially during busy weeks + christmas time )

forums do seem slower for me tho (but could just be my connection idk) but when i enter a "poll" of any kind i do get this:
