Wow I'm impressed. This looks to be a good start to a really good looking map. Be cool to see what u can all pull off together between weapons, EE, and just actual game play. Good luck!

it is hard to disagree with this. but if you notice, with new zombie maps there are almost always new zombie models... excluding the nacht to verruckt transition and the resurrection remakes from bo1

This map has the potential to be absolutely amazing!

This can be done by adding plasmids. So the player goes up perk machine and purchases a plasmid then an animation of the player injecting or drinking the plasmid plays

Then the player lifts up the hand with the specific power and uses it.

All of the powers in can be implemented into this system

Gravity Well: sucks zombies into it like gerch device

Decoy: Places a decoy of the player like monkey

Electro Bolt:

Hypnotize: takes control of a zombie so that it attacks other zombies. (for this one the zombie can either be increased in power when it gibs or turned into an AI with a gun the former will be more interesting and these not the only way of implementing this)


Incinerate:

Insect Swarm: send a swarm of bees to attack zombies

Scout: Allows the user to project a "ghost" form from their body which they can control. ( kind of like whos who but you can use it while your alive)

Telekinesis: Pulls the targeted zombie towards the player and allows it to be thrown.

Winter Blast: Temporarily freezes the zombie, allowing them to be shattered.



Also you can add the vigors from bio shock infinite you guys should decide which of all these powers from bioshock will be suitable and be fun to use as i dont think you would put all of them in.


Putting all this in will need power meters, a way of replenition powers, etc

Another amazing thing you can do get offthewall on the team he can help out and try allow the players to "hybrid akimbo" the powers with the weapons like they are in bioshock (shoot the power with one hand and the gun with the other). And maybe it can be useful to use the scripted camo technique for things like changing view hands for each power, fx around the hands, etc.

this maybe delay the release of the map for a while but it will be well worth the wait.

Im not saying that that wouldn't be Uber cool, because next to zombies, bioshock is my favorite game...but wouldn't that require a retarded amount of scripting, because of all of the thing effected by the plasmids and vigors?

as in how the zombies act, die, are wounded, etc...plus the power management system swell, how would it replenish, maybe like a with a max ammo, or just slowly over time...it seems like quite an undertaking, but i don't know what goes into building a map, so i could just be talking out of my ass

It is definitely possible its just the errors and limits of the W@W engine will be the biggest problem.
They have awesome pieman in the team! But it would really make things next level if they can get people like bluntstuffy and offthewall and BallBagsMcgee on board too.

ive only been in that first room on bioshock but then forgot i had the game, reason i did not finish the needles was becouse someone told me it reminded of bioshock haha it was not my cup of tea :P

i personally would love to have bluntstuffy but he is busy on a different map from my understanding also funny how u suggested treminaor (BallBagsMcgee) well...since him and WING3dD did that map and winged no longer is mappig or sharing that alias i could only assume you meaning UGX Trem that both jbird and pieman induvidually script 99x better imo so its out of the question hehe

(still waiting on that dualwielded javaling from offthewall though) :D

while the BO1 mod is a nice touch, I'd suggest you dont limit to that and should go a bit more overboard, if this is going to be a larger map, I would suggest perhaps a few BO2 perks/weapons maybe
