Hex and I were talking recently and I still have the map file for The Swan.  We were thinking of updating it, changing some of the disliked things (Avogadro) and maybe adding some more stuff.  We were also thinking of using the Black Ops mod for it.  Thoughts?

I really liked the map, and a remastering would be excellent, but not with the black ops mod, we have access to much newer and more interesting guns, bo1 guns have gone the way of waw with every map having them

Yes. But please work on the guns. Some bo3 guns or aw won't hurt .

I would love to see an updated version of this map. I was fine with the avogadro for the most part. The part about him that got on my nerves was the lack of a more powerful melee weapon. If you were to just add the bowie knife, I think people wouldn't complain as much.

Yeah I'd really like to see that, I really enjoyed the map when you guys first dropped it so to see it redone/updated would be pretty cool

Another question.  Would you guys want to see the EE change a bit?  I may have an idea on how to end it differently that I like a lot.  The crystal steps would stay the same though because I really like them xD.  (Or the whole thing will stay the same, I have no idea yet.)  Also I will make the Hell's Retriever upgrade less impossible (no one has figured it out yet).  And proper anims for all guns.

I have to say I really enjoyed The Swan, definitely there's a few features I'd like to see:

- I would use aspects from the BO1 mod, only the most loved guns and the perks.

- Maybe instead of the staffs make some custom weapons, like the bows, so multiple types but maybe a spear with elemental types (just a suggestion, could easily find a better idea)

- I would definitely pick out some nice BO2 and AW weapons, and a couple of BO3 ones, since I know how intense for memory they are

- I would increase playable area, maybe some secret tunnels even further underground could do well

My Ideas for A BO1 Swan:
-Ragnarok DG4's as a reward for an easter egg (Unless hex has that planed for his map Ragnarok)

- Remove the Timer, as it always gets me downed when I go to turn it off every 5 minutes.

- Widows wine?

- Shadows bosses?

And where is he going to be getting these features exactly?
I know he's done gravity spikes, but the margwas &/or keepers? Come on man, be reasonable here.
And the point of the timer is to keep you on your toes, just like the ancients on Origins who come around and fuck your day up by de-activating a generator.

On a Side Note, I loved the Swan, it was one of the 1st custom maps that I played constantly because i wanted to get past the Shrieker and Flamer (long time back when I was a potato at PC and Zombies in general). SO hell yes, a remastered version of this would be delightful. Imagine if you also implemented this into Black Ops 3 Zombies once the Mod Tools drop (oh the possibilities )

I would love a remastered version of the Swan. I also would hate to see the Avogadro go, yes it is a bit annoying how OP he was, but it still made the map challenging.

Maybe add the bowie knife, or maybe even galvaknuckles. Just some kind of upgraded melee to make killing him easier.
