Panic Center's a good one

Dead Sand, western, gould, Berlin HQ, and Berlin Bank to name a few.

I remember making a last stand in the last room of Berlin HQ, playing with 2 other players, 1 being apparently colour blind and so couldnt read chat very well! Then using the double barrel and switching corners with a huge pack of zombies following me, lots of fun.  Same with gould, camping on the stairs with some other players.

Oh and Trenches was one of the first maps I played and that also was a fun map to play (first may have been system).

Complex (Loved camping at the staircase with the Panzerschrek(Dunno why it auto corrected Panzerschrek to Chimpanzee))
Hotel original - Love the V2 Hitman
Tiny (Possibly the 1st box map ever but was the funnest)
Who can forget Insanitorium! which introduced optional easter eggs before Treyarch i think (OPTIONAL NOT REQUIRED, TAKE NOTES BLUNDELL!!!)
Gateway (I think thats been around for a while) May also need a remake
Yote's Lair - RIP BRIAN! The Yote wolf is on my bucket list as a Tattoo.
Underground (Not unterground, this one: http://zommods.com/underground/ )

Dead sand Elite (Took a long time to remember that name)

If you count Project X, then it'd be that. It's what got me hooked on custom zombies in the first place. Though the first map I actually played was Airport.

Penguin is one of my all time favorites in general, since it was released around a year or two ago I didn't decide to include it on my above classics list.

Fru Church, another great one! I didn't mention Seelow as I think it deserves its own admiration all together tbh, legendary map. 

I dont know, if updates count for old maps, but Last Stand Christmas was the first custom map I ever saw/played and got me hooked in customs (main inspiration for my first map, Winter War) And of course Comosea
