Not a caching issue. I checked the website on my phone and on my Linux install and the website displays the same way.

Too slow net on your side? Usually happens to me on phone, when page is loading too slow

~~Don't suppose you have a bunch of privacy/security extensions in your browser? I get that sometimes on random sites and it's usually something to do with random agent spoofer, HTTPS everywhere, etc.~~

~~Try changing the theme first though as johndoe said.~~

edit: it's the theme, a few people in chat are getting it too.

I'm getting the same thing as DD, I changed the theme and the 'SMF' theme is normal, but the default theme stays screwed no matter what.

Could you open the Developer Tools (F12) and copy the errors your browser is throwing?

This is extremely annoying, and when it occurs with youtube, it just won't work anymore. I can't think of the problem other than it being an internet issue.
