BO3 Awakening DLC

Treyarch just leaked a picture for the first map pack of BO3 and all I have to say is that zombies map is sick.
Kinda cool they remade hijacked from bo2 as a floating map (though Im not a huge fan of remake maps - just seems lazy), Rise is a snow map which automatically makes it badass, splash looks like it could be really fun. Now gautlet is interesting, I kinda get the feeling its going to be similar in a sense to the remake of firing range where it was like a movie set with different themes.

I can't wait for the zombies and I feel sorry for people who don't have the ps4 version

What's your guys opinion on the map pack?

Yeah this looks sick. It's cool to see that the zombies is going back in old times rather than the more futuristic track of bo2 zombies.

I was a fan of the mp remakes in bo2 so hopefully sky jacked will not dissapoint. If I were to guess, I would say that we will get one remake with each dlc, which I kinda like. It would be cool to see Standoff, Raid, or Grind remade. Those were some more popular bo2 maps.

I'm kinda surprised that there were not any Weapons, Scorestreaks, or Specialists added in this dlc. A lot of people, including me, thought they would be comming. Maybe they will have those as micro dlc's. They seem to take in the big bucks in the past. Time will tell I guess.

I'm so freakin pumped for Splash and Skyjacked. This is the first dlc in about 3 CODs that I'm actually superhyped for.

Zombies map looks awesome just from 1 image  "Eisendrachen" apparently means "Iron Dragons" according to google translate.

That sounds AWESOME.

I wasn't a big fan of shadows of evil so hopefully they can improve.

So is it called Awakening? Iirc they mentioned awakening the test subjects in The Giant?

Doubt it tbh, seems like alot more work for Treyarch, and we all know how well they are at keeping promises.

Treyarch confirmed that there would be no specialists DLC. Not sure about the weapons/scorestreaks tho

I won't be getting myself the Season Pass until i see the Trailer showcasing it, then, I will take myself out to my nearest EB Games (Aussie Gamestop) and buy it, then install it.
I think SoE was great, like a good cross between Origins & Mob of the Dead (features wise).
And the Giant was a good throwback to the fans of old (not me, but I still have played all 3 versions of Der Riese).
Anyway, can't wait to see what else they bring to the table with this map (possible new Wonder Weapon perhaps?)

You can buy the season pass in a retail store? o.o
I wish we had that, as the season pass on steam costs more than the game itself in retail.

I still can't get past second mission load screen in campaign.   So I won't be getting any dlc for it. Nor was I a fan of the new zombies, or their tiny multiplayer maps. I would prefer a conquest battlefield style instead.

But hell, everything looks great of course. Splash looks fun, prob ride some water tubes. And hopefully skyjacked has some out of the map ee with those props... that would be fun.
