Just a few tips.
1. Change the width of the cross sections on the ceiling. They're too big.
2. Might want to reposition the grate/metal fence texture on the bottom to line up with the edges.
3. Rotate the the texture on the door frame (bottom). It's shouldn't be rotated the way it is now.

If Java had true garbage collection, most programs would delete themselves upon execution.
Do you have specular mapping enabled when you take your screenshots? Nothing seems to be reacting to the light - everything looks "flat". If you are using custom textures for your walls make sure you make proper normal maps for them and ideally specular maps as well.
Just wanted to point that out because I think the map looks really great with all the fx and lighting you've done, and I think it could look even better depending on the stuff I mentioned above.
