To me it seems like a lock-on Rocket Launcher. It does look a bit OP though. If possible, Hex, could you increase the lock on time? It just seems too quick to be balanced and not overpowered.

Other than that, good job man! I'm super excited to get hands on with this, and I really hope there's an easter egg you're leaving us to figure out. That'd be sick! No helping, please!

My friend, that is the FHJ-118-AA from Black Ops 2 Multiplayer.
It looks like an amazing weapon, but looks like it could be balanced in the sense that you have to lock on before firing.

that looks like a modded stinger

but it doesnt look op, u cant shoot it near u cause explosive damage, and it will make you slow
