Hey everyone, me and IamTIMMEHHH are working on a cool map called Snowblind.

About
Snowblind takes place in Austria in a mining camp for Jewish slaves during World War 2.
The camp was under Nazi control. When the nazis heard that they had lost the war they abandoned the camp.

Our four heroes make their way into the base, but need a way to survive. There are a lot of resources plus a lot of weapons from the modern war. The heroes are lucky when they have found new perks for use.


The map is not dead yet we are still making this mod!

Haven't been genuinely excited for a map since Herrenhaus. We definitely have to get in contact about those banzai zombies, if you wouldn't mind of course ahah. Could you post or PM me a screenshot of the models you're using? My PC is down until Friday and it would be nice to have as a reference :) If you're not comfortable with that, ALL GOOD! Looks great and I wish you the best of luck!  :alone:


P.S. Just so you know the textures in screenshot I think 7-8 look a tad overused and kind of makes that area look a tad bland. But everything else actually looks really nice so far.

That's good to hear! I will send some screenshots of the models I am using in a private message.
The textures in screenshot 7 & 8 were made as a template for our map, it's not done and needs a lot of work!

maybe the ground or floor could have a different texture so it dont end up all looking the same, a bit straining on the eyes plus would look more realistic using a grass or ground or even square tile texture on the lowest area, try it out see how it looks.

Currently we have no grass on the map, maybe later but I don't think so.

I made it like there's enough room for the player to walk/run through the castle.
Some parts are a bit small but it won't block the player.
He castle has a layer of snow just like this for example:
