Presumably the Pack-a-Punched weapons will have attachments on them that were not present on the unupgraded version.

I agree, if anything it and the Sliquifier are buildables - true they're both very powerful but imo not proper Wonder Weapons
If the Jet Gun does feature and it's good then I'm happy - weapon's a pain in the ass on BO2, so slow getting through rounds when reach point you're reliant on it
