I've made a scrolling texture for a brush using Quizz's video, and I have put the scrolling burn on a weapon using RobinW96's tut. I just never made a scrolling texture and put it on a weapon. Worth a shot right?

the same method works for guns too, Mine has a over layer thats dark with "veins" cut out, with a moving multicoloured underlayer. Giving a kinda "pulsating" look.

It IS indeed possible. They implemented sub layer scrolling in cod1 for burnt wood and it achieved the same effect. Or fellow modder Quizz has a tutorial up on how to actually create basic sub layer scrolling yourself you can find it here.

No Centric is right, the camo kinda 'flickers' bright and dark sort of randomly, you could maybe achieve a similar effect with sub-layer scrolling but it wouldn't be easy.

my camo does this

Its two partially opaque textures scrolling over one another

So It contains 4 colours, but also the variations on those colours. And when the same colour overlaps another during its scrolling, it becomes brighter

Also i want a camo like the afterlife camo from BOII. I know UGX-Mods has a Camo in the new map with UGX-Mods v1.1 as PaP Camo.
