So, i made a trigger_damage and changed the texture and it doesnt appear in-game, help?

you should not change the texture 

triggers will never show up in game. make a box the same size on top if it, right-click => make non-colliding

Triggers are only "stored co-ordinates" and therefore are not rendered by the game engine

These co-ords are regularly checked for if the conditions of the trigger are met, in this case trigger damage


So the answer is, unlike brushes, scriptbrushes etc triggers are never drawn

If you don't want it to be a trigger anymore you need to change the classname to worldspawn.
