Octagonal Ascension: The Annoying Challenge Map
The unwanted and unlovable sequel to Hex Tower; Octagon is an aim at trying to be harder than its predecessor. This map was made in my spare time so don't take it too seriously
. There are a few bugs that unless people tell me how to fix are not getting fixed anytime soon.TURN OFF SPECULAR MAPS OR YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE A BAD TIME!
1.3 UPDATE!
-Reduced price of buyable ending to 60,000-You can now get Pap weapons from the box
-Reduced damage of most pap weapons by 20% (The weapons were OP asf to begin with)
-Added in Tranzit Sprinters and Super Tranzit Sprinters with a ton of help from Harry and rick0oz
-Download is updated.
Features
- Timed Gameplay instead of regular
- Harry's Perks (No Who's Who)

- Buyable ending [Cost: 75000] (Most expensive yet, tired of people beating my maps in less than 20 rounds)
- Extremely Hard Map
- No Dogs
- Ton of weapons
- Super annoying hunchback boss zombies (The model is broken but I found it so funny that I kept it)
- No Perk Limit
- DOES NOT REQUIRE T4M (yay)
- Zombie Counter that counts how many zombie you kill instead of how many remaining because why not
- A constant need to look where you're going or else you're going to have a very bad time
- Most perk prices are changed from their original (Some better some worse)
- Frustrating

I loved the challenging aspect of Hexagon Tower. I am sure I will love this just as much, if not more.
I was honestly hesitant about playing this map due to how much you advertised the difficulty and how challenging it looked, but I remembered how much fun Hex Tower was and so I gave it a go.
Starting off was really rough; I used up all of my Quick Revives before I made it to the third floor, but once I got Jugg it came in clutch and forgot about how needy I was with QR. I especially loved the layout in the middle floor areas with all the different pathways and ramps that you could jump or run on to escape.
I was wondering why PHD was at the top floor, but once I got it and realized that dolphin-diving explosions were in the map I instantly knew why.
You can literally just spam explosions by whaling off the edge and landing on the first floor lol.
Overall a really solid map, loved the challenging nature, and I'll definitely be going for the buyable ending next time around.

Me and my bud played this map last night and as much as it was said to be difficult, we didn't have too much trouble besides trying to situated after you die.

Warning: There are no WaW weapons and no wonder weapons on this map. Also gets extremely boring if you're looking to beat the map (75K buyable). Like the textures though
Well, I was having a ball on this excellent map, until the old g_spawn error crashed the game.
