Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm not even sure if it's possible to port a weapon like the Gravity Gun from Half-Life 2 into WaW...
porting the weapon's model can't be too hard for mebut i think it's gonna be a lot harder to script it and you can't use most of the models as dynamic models.

i did have enemy humans but i got rid of them but it still doesn't work

Why, are you pro at porting guns from other games?
no, i was only talking about the gun's model. not the entire process of porting a weapon. since i don't know how to rig and animate, i can't say i know how to port guns from source engine. but i can port the models from a game built on source engine, and not only that, i can also port an entire map from a source game as well.
