Added some more detail, played with the lighting and now I can show part of the corridors - there will be quite a few areas like this which will lead to rooms like surgeries, and patient rooms. As well as elevators, stairwells and an underground area of course

You should use the hospital patient type zombies from transit and maybe some doctor looking zombie skins (I think five has scientist type ones that look similar?). That would just be awesome!!

I will definitely by trying to add some custom zombie models into this map, whether they're from Black Ops or another source entirely
