ok so i want to figure out how many people have fixed this bug, where you will have 950 points for the box then you cant buy it until you have 960 or if a door is 1000 you need 1010. Please help me fix this it is probably easy but i want to make sure it is a fair exerience on my map.

the game always shows the last digit of your points as 0. when you can't buy stuff even though you have enough points, it means you don't have enough points but the game shows the closest decimal value to your points. there should probably be a way to fix this in menu files but i have no idea how.

Hmm hopefully someone knows how to fix this i have seen fixed in multiple maps just hopefully they see this post.

To add up to this. I think reason is cos you get 25 points from perk machines, but it shows either 20 or 30, but its actually still 25 points, resulting missing 5 points, even when you "have" the right amount

Nah it's actually rounded up to ten, there's no way around this issue I found
In any case I've never seen this issue before but it should be related to the score calculation find me an instance of when it happens I'll check it out.

Can we just check if the player.score >= zombie_cost-10, if it is consistently an issue, or where you are having the issue?

Do you know just how many times ive pointed this one out and everyone told me i was lying? youll have 945 point, itll "say" 950 on your hud, and then reject you at the box lol

You could go adjust "check for change" so it gives even numbers, prevent it ever de-railing or change the price check arguments to round everything up to the nearest 10

I'll have to check, but I swear I remember it rounds up to the nearest 10 when it gives points...?

i think the yellow hud writing say "25", but then it appears "30" is added to your score, so ultimately the score is 5 lower than it appears, for the rest of the game

Oh, I don't recall exactly where I saw it, and I don't have a copy of zombiemode_score (where I am atm) to check that, where I think it is, that it rounds your score... Hell if that were true and you proned at 8 perk machines, you would have 40 more points showing than what you actually had...right?

Edit: If that is the case we can prob just fix it there by fixing anywhere you got 5 points to 10?

the round up to ten function is in utility i think, but its used in zombiemode_score.gsc

I think so, yeah. I remembered wrong. 30 on first, 20 on second, lol. So you get points from first machine, you are missing 5 points, even if you dont. Second machine will fix it

its also done different on Black ops 1 i think

If that is the case, that it fixes itself, then I would just do the zombie_cost-10 check then, and give the player the benefit of the doubt... which should then show 0, even though you have -5 points at that time?
