You can build an uber outdated one yeah sure. It won't have the same things as the one I'm working on. So, you could easily tell if one is running an outdated build or not.

For some reason everytime I start WaW, it puts the resolution to 2 steps lower than what I use. I change it, save it and after playing, I quit. Then I start WaW again and its again at the lower resolution. Didnt happen on older version

Check config to see if it's read only. Also check to see if it's updated inside if it isn't (r_mode).
Is there a way to do the following: 1) Tab out to the external console without crashing the game (it always crashes when I tab out) 2) Use either the internal/external console to change how many points I have (even if I need sv_cheats to be true)
Also, perhaps you can make a new addition to this mod: allowing players to make macros for typing stuff in chat. Specifically, I want to have a button put a lenny into the chat (does W@W's chat even support unicode? If not, perhaps that's another spot for modification)
