i have been struggling with this for ages, but now i need to do this, i want to rate a brush and then increase the length once its the correct angles, but when i pull it to increase length it changes size in the other direction as well, and looses its shape slightly as well.

Just click and drag from the corner, like in the screenshot. And if you press Shift while dragging you make sure you only resize one length.

it didnt work, i already drag the corner to increase length and shif is for selecting, when i drag the corner to extend length it increases the width aswell, its just a litte bit but its not accurate to what i need

I don't know then... ??? Maybe I have something selected in Radiant that lets me do that. I'll try to find it.

maybe its just a shit bug with radiant, and they have fixed it for bo3 mod tools

Leave snap to grid on. It will cause problems if you have lots of brushes off grid.
Top down view. Press "e" with your brush selected. Drag the corners. crtl g to be sure your still on grid after moving it.

as far as i know, that problem is present in other versions of radiant such as gtkradiant and netradiant. the only thing i can do to avoid that is to keep the cursor as close as i can because when you try to resize a rotated brush, radiant tends to fuck it up like that when the cursor is not very close to one of the sides of the brush.
