I cant find that last wire to connect to the control room thing

they're all centered along paths in the map. they're not hidden. but maybe you missed the one in the start room?

You should get about 5 people it doesn't work for and have them share there specs and such then slowly remove random features that might be stressful on the computer and send it to those 5 people until you find the problem. Worth a shot, hope you can fix it.

can you do log file or developer 2 or anything to find out whats causing the error? also like the round start music by the way o_O

It crashes for me and Im using a laptop with an I5 and Nvidea gpu....  This is the first that I have seen where a map works for some people but not others...of this kind of magnitude anyway.

Me too, I doubt it has anything to do with laptops vs. desktops tbh.
Can tell you really worked hard on this map though, reckon it woulda made the top 3 at least 

guys if you SERIOUSLY want to play this, heres what i did to fix it

1) Right click on the desktop
2) click nVidia Control Panel
3) go into 3d -> Manage 3d settings -> Program settngs
4) find CodWaW.exe
5) set "Preferred Graphics Processor" to "Integrated Graphics"
6) Apply changes

it worked for me but it disengages the GPU >.< good thing I run an i7
