Just saying, but you should mention SE2Dev mod in order to use this, cause most people around here don't know about that.

The tools are public and they work fine, there are just some missing assets though.

Maybe you're right. But some models are broken, and effectsed3 cannot be executed very well.

do u have a mods folder if not create one that may be the problem of why the map is not installing
