Yes, I have started working on my next map, already!!!!
It takes place in some random street (will think of a story soon)

looks like its about to be a little town
uh, idk about that but u can go into 3 buildings (residential), and u can enter 6 houses. and u can go into the sewers too. in the pic it looks small but it is also multi-level.
and u can start from either building, by that i mean that u start in the middle street and there is 2 ways u can go. so u can end up having the power earlier in 1 playthrough or having the power last in another!

Nice, you mentioned sewers, so I was wondering if you could have pipes to be opened with strong water pressure enough to blow up pathways in the sewers or if you add some explosives.
