Things to do before you can say that you remaster anything:
1. To know exactly wich means "To Remaster"
2. To have the master (the original or original files)
3. Be sure that you really are improving the original, in the case of a videogame level, be sure the textures and fx's at least receive some kind of improve.
Otherwise you only use a tag, a fake tag.

I mean i have nothing against this but it seems unfair. I have been looking forward to this map for as long as it has been in the WIP section. I'm kinda pissed i cant try the beta cuz i dont have the money to donate. Cmon man

I understand your point of view, feel free for work in a map for almost two years and then to decide what to do.
For my part I wont discuss more about it.
You can wait for final release or you can play the beta some time before.

Nobody was insulting anyone, but agreed though. If you need to discuss about the matter, PM map maker and handle it through there
people, just play the nuketown 1880's map that is already out. Its free, and looks really good and plays so well. There really won't be too much of a difference between this map and that one so just play that until this one is finished
