PHD Flopper first xD
I mean, if you get PHD right first, you'll get the rest done in no time.

Mule Kick is just increasing the weapon slot limit, which can get hard if you don't know what you're doing.
Deadshot I'm not even sure if that ever works perfectly.
Who's Who and Tombstone is just saving values temporarily.
Electric Cherry is spawning a fx and a damageradius which you do with PHD anyway.
I'm not sure how Stamin-Up works.
Vulture's Aid can get glitchy, but not bad.

PHD does seem like the best option for first because you WILL spend the most time on it. D2P, if you can get that working, can get really buggy. FX might be too much so you'll have to adjust. Framerate lag from the explosion. If you can handle PHD, you can handle the rest no problem.

1. A new perk system that does not require valid "specialty_" perks

Wait, I thought needing the specialty_ thing for perks were built into the engine, so you can't change that through script.

At least that's what I was told before

Wait, I thought needing the specialty_ thing for perks were built into the engine, so you can't change that through script.
You can script workarounds that check for perks differently. It's basically like setting a player.hasXperk variable to true or false. More complicated of course, but that's the base idea.

you can get around this but you need to script new HasPerk SetPerk and UnsetPerk functions

just to note tho, make sure youve got blent test set to GE128 to show the mesh behind the grates, and make sure the texture on that mesh is set to "unlit" to show the glows here

Yes and No since this was released about a year ago but was full of bugs and you had to do the models your self now its gonna have no bugs hopefully  ::) and come with the models compiled into a .ff

so why would we need another perk system wich works the same than all other?
or at least the perks it self will work the same.
also the only way to beat harrys PHD (hardest perk to script) is add dolphin dive anims because it's a perfekt copie

Im not saying this is going to be the best perk system, ive just had this sitting on my desktop for a year now and wanted to re-release it, yes Harry's perks might be the best out there but theres not much competition  is there  ::) and i always feel like having a variety of items is better than only having one option, i was rescripting this for my BO1 and WaW mods anyways so why not re-release it ;D

And i wouldnt recommend using Bams perks the yare buggy as hell :( but they did start the port other game perks to WaW thing so atleast Bam has that to his name

Bam's are rather buggy and UGX Mod Perks is not a fair comparison as they require the mod to use them, and some people don't want this, let's keep it to standalone scripts.
