Well a good place to start is to see what you done during that time that may have caused it, I know when my map stopped working I traced back what I done and found it and fixed it.

everything is working but when I try to restart codwaw freezes

Uh, that don't make much sense. But I have seen strange things lately. Usually it is script that causes something like that. Perhaps a dvar that is being set after the game starts, and then when you restart it is causing an error?
Edit: One guess that could cause that, by changing something in radiant, is adding more than one entitiy in radiant with the same kvp and if in script you getent it will freeze, possibly crashing, maybe. Where you would use getentarray in that case, but at least, an example of how no script change still will cause a script error... (assuming something like this was in your scripts before that is)

can you try enabling logfile 2 and then post the console.log -file that's being created in your mods folder?
