Its probally in the game files / 3arc have the scripts and stuff at 3arc HQ (Why fully delete one of the best perks) but I doubt it will ever be in BO3 mainly due to there being no D2P in BO3 but if you want the "no explosive damage" side of Flopper theres a Gobble Gum that does exactly that ("Danger Closest" is what I think its called)

Yeah I aso doubt it'll be in BLOPS 3 and yeah Danger Close is alright but only lasts a few rounds. Doubt love to see it return! Anyone able to confirm if or not it's in files?

Yeah I heard they used the exact same scripting from phd for the danger closest gobblegum, minus the fall damage. But thats what I heard lol.

Theres no d2p but I wish if u had the perk you had d2p

I wonder if we'll ever see it again as they could do a slide effect when you have PhD Flopper similar to the diving one.

Well actually a slide with a trail of fire behind you. Hurting any zombie that hits the fire will do the trick.

I see great ideas for a new perk but nothing that actually relates to "what this perk is called" - PhD - "flopper"

I'd be happy with anything that meant we got PhD Flooper v2 Might look into doing a Der Riese mod with PhD Flopper and all the other perks from BLOPS 1.. Maybe even Electric Chair and Vulture Aid to make the player OP

Very late reply (used my 5 posts for the day so couldn't reply until now.

Lol why Banana Colada? I've heard rumours about Vulture Aid making a return in Zetsubou No Shima (pretty useless perk in my opinion). Does anyone have BLOPS 3 on PC, know to to search for perk names and have enough interest in finding out to do this?

Also a side note that I meant Electric Cherry not Electric Chair and PhD Flopper not PhP Flopper. Auto-correct on my iPhone

I think I could live with PhD Slider but I do think that PhD Flopper should return and the slide should change to a dolphin dive when you have it. It's deffo my favourite perk. Btw the logo is awesome

I admit there's one downside to PhD slider : Treyarch woud have to change it's awesome jingle

Regarding the gestures controls, this could work :
Run + prone (CTRL) = dive to prone
Run + crouch (C) = slide

Not sure how that would work on consoles though ^^'

Hmmm that and the fact that it's different would disappoint me. I'm sure they could manage to include it if they really wanted to lol. I think they're messing with us now by keeping it included in the game files.
