Can't the CoD Devs come up with their own ideas instead of taking them from other - arguably better - games(Titanfall)? Don't get me wrong, exo suits are cool and all, but it'd be nice if the franchise came up with its own ideas instead of copying its competitors.

Obviously i'm not not going to get it, not just because of them stealing other peoples ideas, but because they still haven't fixed Black Ops 2 on the PS3 and probably never will.

Yes, they're stealing ideas.... just like every other fps released in the past couple of years.  It's sad to say it but it's true.  I'm most likely going to get it, mostly for zombies. Im itching for a CoD that isn't shit and I'm counting on Treyarch to pull it off, cause it's been 2 years since the last playable CoD. Bo and BO2 were pretty great in imo and I feel that Treyarch realize that they need to step up their game to save the franchise.. But mabye I should stop holding by breath.

The flow of this game just looks phenomenal. I hope it plays as it looks like it plays

Sound bugging out in Zombies/MP, Weird orange textures in Tranzit/Origins, Random crashes/freezing, perks not spawning in Nuketown, invisible script brushes and models in Town(Tranzit, not the Survival Town), AI Spawning right infront of you in some campaign parts, and so much more that i can't remember.

Some of these things may seem very small but when you pay $60 + however much the season pass costs you should get the game that you payed for and it should work on day one. Which it of course didn't, because the freezing/crashing and sound bug existed way back when the game first released and as i said, STILL haven't been fixed. I had foolishly given them the benefit of the doubt and thought that they would take responsibility for the broken state it was(and still is) in and i got burned for it.

So yeah, thats why i ain't buying any more CoD games.

Hm, only bug I've ever seen on bo2 was the sound bug, but that was like over a year ago. Were those bugs ps3 only?

I just remembered another glitch on town when the dead zombie models would get streached out all over the map. That one was just funny as hell lol. Anyway, I wouldn't get your hopes up on them getting fixed, seeing that the game is almost 3 years old.

I love when people judge the whole game just because of the wall-running mechanic (which isn't even on every wall like Titanfall)... Plus the fact that there is only controlled jumps and slides people cant really claim there are exo-suit mechanics to complain about either. There are a nice new set of fresh ideas waiting on the table such as the character abilities, new equipment and scorestreaks, and the gunsmith/paintjob feature. Also it's pretty much been confirmed zombies is still in a separate time-frame and these new mechanics will most likely not even be present (except gunsmith), so no worrying there...

Like every gaming series it has to evolve eventually. The same old COD formula was being used since the beginning of time basically, and they figured lets introduce new mechanics into the game. This will add a fresh feel and will make the game more fast paced. I agree that Advanced warfare went hell over board, but Treyarch looks like they took the formula sledgehammer laid out, said ok lets fix the fuck out of this, and make it a great game. The little jumping and wall running mechanics seem fine to me, atleast there wont be flying fucking monkeys everywhere. As hex said above, it will have new mechanics and perks, guns, grenades etc that fucking AW was lacking. Treyarch knows their shit and i have the greatest faith that they perfected the formula of this modern call of duty. I also think there will be a classic mode, in which the maps are not just optimized for fucking exo movement, making it have bad flow. They had a long time to make this game, i think they will throw out a blackjack for the 4th time in a row

I am actually so hyped for bo3 ive been watching a few videos and it turns out that there are specialist classes that give you a weapon when you kill a certain amount of people, such as the ranger, he gets a bow and arrow, or the robot character that gets a minigun
