Is it bad the feature struck me as the instant win here?
With the current BO3 workshop, I feel like it should be something above an instant win.

Well, it is the exact same size of the WAW version. Which was 4/5 floors if I'm not mistaken. In addition, if the EE gets finished, you'll have the entire sewers that were featured in the campaign mission, except about twice as big.
