So I saw a tutorial on the forums on how to add a zombie counter. However, I'm completely new when it comes to scripting. I did everything I could think of, but it still wouldn't show up in game. My .gsc looks like this

I believe the second image is correctly placed. So I think it's the first line. However, I don't know where to place it.

Any help with an image would be really helpful  :)

Everything looks fine. Did you compile the mod with .iwd/ff ticked? If that doesnt work, then move the script in mods/modname/maps and tick in Launcher

Try modifying the GSC in root\mods\nazi_zombie_house\maps if it's there.

There are several ways to do a zombie counter. This is one, here is another, and here is one, and one n menu files.

The difference is the first one, the one you chose, uses 2 hud elements. The second uses one hud element, the third uses a progress bar, and the way I do it now with a menu file, uses no hud elements at all. Which is actually the easiest way to do it, imo, looking back.

But anyway, since your code seems to look exactly like the tut, then I would assume you either have COD open when you build your mod, the process is still running even though it looks closed, or your not checking the right stuff when you build your mod. Check your mods folder in the Activision/CoDWaW folder, if that is still the same place with win 10, and make sure nothing is read only. When no longer read only, build mod with right things checked and try again.
