Problem could be also, that FX is in more than 1 .csv, if it is. FX needs to be only in 1 .csv

That won't stop it from working, just count it twice towards limit. That's what the singles fix is all about.

Weird, I remember having problem with Scavenger FX not working and I noticed I had it in 2 .csvs. Removed it from one and it worked

Tried adding it to the .csc, adding it to a custom folded, and making sure it was only in one .csv, nothing worked what a surprise.

is your "init" function actually being called "before" zombiemode::main?

If not, then its not loading the fx in the first place

Also, to rule out the fx being in a ignore file, rename it ( just to make sure )

He's tried both of those. Adding it to the Precache function ensures it is Precached first, and tried moving to another folder, which would be a rename.

I just noticed you have a typo. Maybe that is it?
Your missing the _ in your level._effect
