Weird bug with viewhands?

So I followed Rollonmath42's tutorial for porting viewhands. It worked well, except for one thing ingame. Some guns and animations cause the player to see weird lines across the screen, making me believe it's caused by the viewhands.
How can I fix this?

painting it wrong wont have a effect on how it works, would just mess textures and lighting up




did you set these viewhands properly through _loadout.gsc or did you change them in the weaponfile ( or both )

make sure the viewhands in the weaponfile itself are the "default" ones :

Otherwise i guess report the view arms, although i was under the impression they are normal to port entirely? Just needs converting "as" viewhands in asset manager?

Also what cod are they from?

If you guys are talking about painting skin weights then that could def cause the meshes to deform like that, but you should just use a .bind file if you have one and then there's no need  to paint weights by hand..

Exo , just go to lime export the model that start with viewhands_ and copy your model to model_export and the GDT to source_data open Assman and open the GDT & change the type to VIEWHANDS convert .. DONE lol :troll:

You need a base model file on all of the anims only 1 base is needed, this usually happens if you make the base exporting wrong

If you looks closely, you'll see they are WAW weapons. :P And if we look even closer, this was posted over a month ago.

However with 3arc viewhands I just port them direct from the xmodel export and it works fine.

You need add in mod.csv (in launcher) xmodel,NameOfTheViewhands and compile | Preview |

If that doesn´t work, maybe the viewhands are bad rigged in maya :v
