I have followed the tutorial for the ugx mod , i tried to change the menu background ( I have never used photoshop or edited any images ever ) , i just want to change a bit of text and colour and the picture in the background. I have done it all in photoshop and made it look how i wanted it, but in game ( after compile of map and building of all required mod ) i get the picture and the buttons function but are invisible. I can change all the text and leave the background and it works nicely, but if i change background i mess it up . Thanks if any help

Is this the UGX main menu or the games default main menu?

You replaced the buttons text, you were supposed to add your image as a layer not ontop.

The menu screen that comes included with ugxstandalone, everytime i add the image it puts the buttons on the bottom , i have changed the order in photoshop i still cannot get it right. And when i use assetmanager i do not see it create a new image in raw.

Sort by date, then itll always be the file at the top that you last touched in asset manager

Is is meant to be 2 files created, one is menu other loadscreen ? then  copy them files to mod / images and add in mod builder. When i try both it only creates the menu iwi. + it works if i do not edit background or if i edit text it works too , just if i change background. thanks

what size image are you using?

2048 by 2048 saved as jpeg. I change some text but never move or resize the text and it is invisible everytime.

You are "replacing" he image and not placing another arent you?

In photoshop i drag the image into the place where the example image is and then delete the example image. Then i click and drag the new image to the bottom of the list where the other was. thanks

I dunno then pal, I dont have photoshop, I had someone doing that for me
