Pickable gun disappears

Hey,

I want to start off zombies in a different way and that way I want to 'hide' a pickable colt45 in my zombie map. It's the colt45 from COD4 ported by me. But there's a problem. In radiant it shows all good, nothing wrong about it:



But when I look in real game:



The colt45 just disappears everytime in game, whether I put it on the wall, lay it down on the ground or let it fload in mid-air above a table (since it can't be exactly on the table), it always disappears.



Those are my KVPs. My gun as weapon file is called colt45.

I dont think classname can be colt45 :poker: Not sure about it, but I think you need to add small script for it, not entirely sure

If you modified the KVP's that might not do it, place the weapon file in raw/weapons/sp then reload radiant. It'll now show up when you right click in weapons -> sp -> weaponfilename.

If that doesn't work just hax around it by following this http://ugx-mods.com/forum/index.php?topic=4974.msg57910#new (instead of onPlayerSpawned do a script_struct and use getEnt/Array on that object).

Edit: Don't forget to disable it by script!

change class name to script model

add :

make sure you drag all the images for the model to mods/yourmap/images

and tick them all in launcher before compiling
