I have a custom texture that I am using on a floor brush. On top of this brush I would like to add a native WAW blend texture. To do this I made a simple terrain patch and moved it a miniscule amount above the floor and proceeded to paint my blend. I tried to do faces to terrain but I needed more verts to manipulate. When I compiled I got a bunch of errors regarding things needing to be aligned, and in game all of the blended areas simply showed up as transparent, whereas in Radiant they look proper. How do I add blends to brushes?

If you already did what smasher said, press shift + L, select your texture, and then hit the light map option in the surface inspector. That might be why it's invisible.

Aligning error happens, cos the patch is floating, lol. Only can be fixed by having it aligned with the brush. And as said before, fix the lightmaps on the patch

Edit: Also, does selecting the patch make brush underneath invisible?

Nothing appears to be wrong until I compile and run the map.

I know that about the alignment error but I could not figure out how do it otherwise. Selecting the blend texture in radiant looks exactly as its supposed to, no transparency. I posted the light map screens.
