the video says it all, but i'll explane a little bit
i have the volume down (zone wise) i have the right KVP's set, i have pathnodes. there is nothing else it could be
all they do is spawn and shake there heads some will go to the window but 70% of the time that wont happen

Make sure your window boards are not touching any brushes . Set your grid to 0.25 and snap to grid the window board. It should be just one grid from touching the brush.

Also be sure to have your info_volume inside the playable area only. You can have more than one volume per zone as long as they do not touch / overlap and have matching kvp  for that specific zone.

is the window prefab "facing" the right way?

Not required, doesnt matter if its colliding

"should" be touching, should not be overlapping
