I was thinking about upgrading to windows 10, just wondering if anyone here has and if it caused problems with world at war and radiant ?

I was thinking about upgrading to windows 10, just wondering if anyone here has and if it caused problems with world at war and radiant ?I think some people have stated having problems after upgrading but some others have and it worked for them. I'm with you though I'd like a solid answer before upgrading
I'm on windows 8 now and I hate it very much.

No stupid home screen at startup. Just a desktop all the time and on desktop web browsing.
I'm glad I got Windows 10.

That could be switched to bring you direct to desktop on Windows 8.1.

Sounds like bad drivers or maybe interference, but it isn't 10/8's fault since the Wi-Fi functionality works fine for my Dad on his laptop.

What's the difference between 8 & 10?
Slightly better performance across the board, sends more data to MS's servers, has a start button, has Direct X 12, low memory utilization(atleast when compared to Win 7), and updated apps.
Anyway, yes World at War will work. You might have to run the DirectX setup file again but thats it. Pretty sure .net 4 framework(or 4.5, can't remember which) is already built into Windows 10 so mod tools should work as soon as you install.

That could be switched to bring you direct to desktop on Windows 8.1.my drivers are up to date. i bought it brand new and had the problem right out of the box. updated drivers, no good, turned off auto sleep for wifi (which they are retarded for having). now i just have to troubleshoot it every two days or so and itll fix my problem for a bit.

Apparently, connectivity is better on Windows 10 (so I've been told) but in terms of interface, Windows 10 is probably the best so far IMO.

Download Classic Shell or a alike, job done, Classic Shell uses up so little memory it's not even worth mentioning.

I did have to kill all of the tracking i could by microsoft too, I honestly should have stuck with 7 just because of the privacy issues.
I think most people are backwards, I don't give a crap if Microsoft scans my computer to find pirated games (don't have any anyways) but I think instead the things Microsoft is ACTUALLY doing now is really really shady.
In other news, performance increase is significant for me.

Win10 here, everything working fine.they have no way to know if its pirated anyway, they could only "assume" and you could very well produce a "receipt" meaning, its not piracy, its a back up. Which is 100% legal as long as you own at least 1 original
