So today I was keylogged and hacked by someone *Cue sad violins*

No, but in all honesty, this has made me really mad, I have around 300 dollars worth of games on that account and if I don't get it back then I will hunt down the man that did this rip out every limb he has and feed it to my dog...  I've contacted steam but their support is pretty crappy tbh and it may take a week for them to actual give my account back. Anyways, I have a picture below of the bastard that did this...

When my steam account got hacked it took steam 4 days to get it back after I submitted a ticket in the steam program it self you may have to make another account to do that

Steam will get your account back but if he traded off the items you arent getting those back. If you provide steam with the information they need to dish out bans they will but good luck i guess

Yes, I was keylogged, i ran google's malwarebytes software and it detected keylogging spyware.

Don't dis the mighty bucket. Oh, and i had steam guard on (thankfully) so he couldnt trade anything and i locked my account via email so all is good because the crappy steam support. Also, the guy transfered 500 dollars from his mastercard into my steam wallet then spent all that money on a 0.03 dollar item in the market so I'm not exactly sure about what his deal is, he is either really smart and did that so he could fake prove that he physically owned the account by the fact that he had made a purchase, or he is just an idiot... But i mean... 500 dollars...

But how could this guy get on the community market if your steamguard was up? That shouldn't be possible.

Just to note tho, malware bytes, does not belong to google. And nearly everytime ive run it, it has detected a keylogger. I wouldnt assume that as "biblical", especailly as most people have "auto sign in" on, therefore a keylogger would catch exactly - squat. I also question how you have a photo of the guy? Just like last time you had card fraud and some how got the guys name and address? Come on dude...

I've heard horror stories about Steams support. Even a friend of mine took 8 weeks just to get a reply, people give Origin a lot of flack but they have some good customer service in my eyes.
