well, as everyone knows, here people from ugx and other sites are trading lots of guns, im in favour of that but i have to say something, if the creator of a gun, for example, me, i created a blundergat, doesnt allow you to share that gun, you MUSTN´T give that gun out, and if you want to give a gun out you should ask for permission to the creator, cause now loooots of noobs that havnt opened maya in their lives have lots of custom guns thx to trading. I created blundergat and gave it to a few people and now ive seen so many posts of W.I.Ps with my blundergat, and they got it people that i dont know, other case is what happened to a person. someone gave out his mg08 and now everyone has that gun and what is worst no one knows that the mg08 was made by him. Same happens with my blundergat and with other guns, what i want with this post it isnt saying that u cant trade guns, what i wanna say is that now everyone have got the same guns and maps will be equal, so be carefull and i u want guns made them yourself, also other gun that i made and now almost all ugx has is thundergun and people dont know that is created by me.

1st: how do you know its "your" gun
2nd anything done with the tools 3arc gave us, is there property read the EULA
3rd: the thundergun was made by 3arc not you.... and everything else comes in the mod tools

There is an easy fix to all of this,that is to STOP SHARING ASSETS. I see it all the damn time in the chat, people complaining that others "stole" their assets WHEN its THEIR FAULT for giving them away in the first place.

But this is different to just sharing random Treyarch assets (which don't 'belong' to anyone) Javi's Blundergat anims are his...they are not just bought or whatever from Tom, he actually spent time making them himself in Maya, which is why it's kind of BS for them to be in every noobs WIP/release as of late without even so much as a credit....

Well, if he(and everyone else) didn't giving them out to people in the first place then it wouldn't be a problem to begin with.

deadra, thats the right solution, you should do that, and if u want to make guns quicker u could do it with friends i mean you speak with someone and you say him do you want to make a gun and you do it with him but you dont trade it with anyone.

I agree in a way. Btw Javi if that your BG ill add you to credits in my map . But idk why it has be all only i should have stuff. Example ive ask numerous people for my map for Remington pistol army and it always a no. Some the ones who have arent even useing it in there map like me i have a use.

No i actually know 2 people (not naming) who said no. actually 3. they all have toms anims.

simply put don't share your shit if you don't want others having it

I am fully aware of the sharing that is going on behind the scenes. These aren't your assets to restrict sharing of. If you created them and others are using them against your permission that is an issue but these are weapons that do not belong to anyone in the community. You can't put a restriction on that and people are going to do with them what they will. I don't really care as long as they aren't posted publicly for download here.

EDIT: @javi If there is a map posted here which you have evidence of having content of yours which you did not give permission to the map maker for then contact a moderator and we will investigate and take appropriate action.

1. cause javi blundergat anims are impossible to not know its his anims lol
2. the anims were made by him. so he is in his right to reclaim.
3. i think hes talking about fx o.o

the point here is that a lot people now has a lot of guns and as said dont know shit from maya or (even radiant) and they dont give credit to the guys who "give" the guns to the community. in some days we will see a lot of shit maps with bo2 guns lol and none of them will give credit to the original owners.
