Theme: Ski Resort in the mountains.

Features:

High level of detail
UGX Mod [Installed]
Custom images and models (BO1 & BO2)
Normal and spec maps for textures
Buildables
Mark 2 Ray Gun
Dynamic Fog system
Snow

Known Bugs:

Fog changes for everyone (WaW Engine)

Day 1:
Basic catwalk and side alley started:

Added worldspawn and sun:

Added some spec maps:

Day 2:
Added some decals over barrels:

Added snow texture with normal map (later removed)

Added a blended road:

Added some rocks and other models:

Day 3:
Started new building (2nd chair lift)

Textured it a bit:

Day 4:
New blendy road texture:

New snow texture and rock models

love the style of this almost looks like an original bo1 map

zNiic, why are you putting me in this situation? This is way more than mere concept work, it looks like a LOT of work has been done already. If you were going to submit a map that was already half done you should have posted a picture from much earlier in the process.

Its only been about 3-4 days and its not half-done. Its like 10% done

Your map Survival: Gas Station was a WIP on ZM for months and this looks way more involved than that map and you are telling me you put this together in 4 days?

Gas station was done in about a month. I had a finished version for awhile but wanted to add some more. I spent a couple of days adding extra but decided not to add it. I also was scripting for awhile for the buildables.

I also find it hard to believe that you made that much progress in two days (based on your Day 1 and Day 2 pictures), but I suppose when you are making a nearly direct copy of an existing map then you get to skip a lot of time in the creative process that would normally slow things down. I personally do not see a way for you to prove when you started the map since anything can be manipulated, so I will give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you are playing fair here.

Dang bro, you work fast. Nukem should have hired you to map Alcatraz, it would have been done 6 months ago.
