You can copy what you said, then click preview, if it was posted during the lag you can see it as the first post at the "topic summary", so then you won't need to click post again, if it isn't there, click "Post" again, but i guess you already knew this
. I have this problem sometimes too.

I usually just edit my post and delete the duplicate.
Ocasionally it pops the message "someone posted while you were writing" and i see it was me, but the rest of the times i just suddenly see a double post lol
Good to know though, ill keep that in mind in future
