Your zombie blood drop is tiling, so we can see a line at the bottom of the shader.
In asset manager just select not tiling to make it fit the area of the shader.

Well, judging that your new to making custom power-ups - and the image you posted did not say anything about the FX being changed (and the obvious fact that its glowing green in the pic), I assumed that you did not know this...

edit; oh now i know what you mean. the power up fx. Ya it is green and i haven't changed it. and i don't remeber the power up glowing being blue in origins. It was green. i'm not trying to pic a fight.

WTF...... how did i not notice that....... Sorry for the confusion. Can some one lead me to a tut on changing the fx.

Blue means that it is for 1 player green means it affects all players

Just wondering are some of the guns going to have their original textures? Like the FAL and Enfield are all grey instead of having some orange and green on it?:p Doesn't really matter though as long as they work !:D
