It says WIP in the thread and it's in the Work-in-Progress section, meaning that it's not done yet.
You did the same thing in the Oil Rig thread, but I'll try to give you some advice anyway:
It's not a good idea to go to a work-in-progress thread and ask for the DL link.
Finished maps go in the Releases section.

where can i find the download link, because i really want to play it.Jiffy, I can see that you are new here and I'm sure your intentions are innocent but you are not starting out on the right foot. Mappers don't like being asked when their maps are going to be done, especially by new people who appear to only be coming to a site to download a map and never really contribute anything back.
