i could guess all day, but i'm going to guess that it is the Ghosts slide from Ray1235?

Or it like a drop kick thing? You run towards the zombie and hit the knife buttom, whilst sprinting/ running, and it drop kicks the zombie. That would be cool, I think I saw something like it in Slumber by Chromastone though. Oh well.
