Didnt work
That error is asked once or twice a month. With win 10 you run more programs I hear, but with win 7 you close chrome and steam, and maybe skype if you have that open.
I have 10 and yes there is background processes but I have been able to compile with 3 windows of chrome open steam and skype. Idk why it is doing it with everything closed now...

steam doesnt prompt me, suddenly i start getting the adhoc error
i restart steam and it tells me its updating, adhoc error then goes away
Thanks I'll try it, I think I closed it when it said to update. lol.

Oh, I think we had a slight misunderstanding. I'm told with win 10 running more things helps. I don't have it, but that's what I have been told by three people.

restart pc, and before opening chrome or skype, compile
side note - windows 10 gives the erro a lot more than windows 7, something to do with memory leak, i tried a fix i saw on youtube, but if anything it has made it worse

I'll try that but like I said earlier I had multiple stuff open before and it compiled...
win 10 is awful for launcher, im thinking of going back to win7, it really doesnt care what u do or dont have open, it can throw it when nothing but launcher os open lol
