Hi guys i am making Undead overkill extreme edition on standard mod. I am using the rorke BO guns and trying to make PAP camos . Everytime i try to change material the gun shows up invisible , i have spent over 2 days trying different methods. The only way i can change the camo is changing the image only but that counts for both guns.

Is anyone kind enough to have a look if i was to upload the images , i am missing something and have lost loads of map time :(

Is the whole model showing up invisible? If so, try adding it in mod.csv. And remember to add PaP camos image in mods folder also

I have added the material and xmodel to mod.csv and all images. I test by give all and the gun does not show up ad though there is no gun there at all

Probably messed up when editing the xmodel's material's in Notepad++, check for typos, usually if the image isn't there it is Black iirc, but if it can't find even the material it goes invisible, from my testing and making typos myself that has been the case.

It is as though the weapon is not there at all. Like it is not loaded , but if i put it back to the material it came with it loads the gun again. I tried following the tut on here for creating spec and coloor maps but i cannot get the normal map plugin to work on gimp.

Just change the mtl_silver_etching to the mtl that you are using, and add it to mod.csv

Material is not needed to be added in mod.csv, only materials, that need to be are ones that are done through scripts, like perk shaders and overall HUD icons

Oh really? I just always added it to mod.csv to be on the safe side
