I try to make  animation for my first custom  weapon everything work fine in asset manager and maya but the animation not working in game

When I had the same problem that you, I had forgot to select "tag_view", and sometimes I fix somethings
randomly selecting"tag_view" when exporting the xanims, you can try something like that, I don't really know what is causing this  :(

you can try removing all thundergun anims from the weapon-file, having not-matching ads anims in there could screw things up sometimes

Edit: Which Blunt apparently said already, seesh. I suggest making ADS anims and idle first before trying to get it in-game
