Do know that if you are trying to do anything aside from weapons anims, you are gonna have to fix and convert them in Maya. Especially the AI anims

Only the xanims for weapons are useable. The rest of the anims need tweaking in Maya to be proper in WaW. For example, AI (zombie/character) anims generally move the character/zombies a few units into the floor. Model anims, such as the anim I used for animating the shockbox for Afterlife, caused Launcher to crash while building.
This error, IMO, makes Lemon 1.42 almost useless because you are probably gonna end up having to convert everything yourself anyway. The thing it is really useful for however is notetracks. The xanim exports have all the notetracks on the exact frame as the originals. So what I basically have done is: fixed the anim and placed the notetracks in the right frame on export. I guarantee this issue is why Tom removed it from his later releases.
What are you trying to do? Learning to export takes only 15 minutes at most.

I sent you link in PM. What he means is AI anims are for the most part, either fucked, or lower than they are supposed to be. Same for a lot of them too.
