Hi, i was wondering how i would make my natural jump height higher than it already is in my map. I've tried going into my nazi_zombie_MAPNAME and adding "setsaveddvar ("jump_height", "999");" underneath my other setsaveddvar lines but it doesnt change anything ingame and i do not know why.

Okay no you're doing it wrong. Make sure you're building it into your FF or IWD and the mod is running.

that dvar doesnt affect the jump height like it should, use the gravity dvar to change the dvar. REMEMBER this affexts all players. If you want specific players to jump higher, you would have to use physics launch (aka gsc scripting)

it is, but this question has come up a few times recently

A bunch of us tried working it out last time but nothing seems to work. Might be cheat protected or something, I dunno

But loads of the experienced scripters from these forums looked into this last time, but no solution was found

It does work fine, but like JJ said it's a clientdvar, so you have to set it using setclientdvar(). Also it does not have the desired effect, you can set it to max but you still hardly jump twice as high (you'll notice some change though).. You'll have to either use the gravity, or launch the players by script, like liamsa669 said..
