I need doors to open once power is turned on, not buyable! Haven't seen a tutorial for this yet. Thanks

Just make a normal door then add this kvp:
Property: script_noteworthy
Value: electric_door

If you don't want it buyable then you don't need to add the normal zombie_cost kvp also
