ok so i'm almost done dead woods and i'm thinking of what my next map should be and i have no idea what to do so i want to know what the community wants me too make.

i think some kind of snowy bunker or something since we dont see that many snow maps these days

what do you people think about remakes? personally i don't like them

I think you should finish one before you start on another, regardless if it's implementation or just creating ideas. Takes time that could be better spent finishing the existing project.

A great place to go for inspiration is environment concept art. A quick browse on google images after searching will surely inspire you in some way. Even if the pics don't immediately give you a map, at least you'll get some ideas. There are some really sick looking ones which could give you a basis for a map, although they are quite large in scale.

How about a map that takes place in and around an active volcano complete with lava streams?

Those are some awesome images, can safely say I've never seen a WAW map that even remotely resembles any of them, save the last one which is slightly reminiscent of TMG Future.

^this is definitely the best thing to do, once you have finished your current map and fixed all game breaking bugs found on release then start this topic
