Map freezes at start, when doing new map

I created new map with UGX SP 2.0 and I notice it freezes at start for few secs, meaning theres infinite loop in there. I added in Easy FX and Weather, but when I comment out call for those, it still freezes as start. Any idea on how to fix this?
Edit: Also, I cant hear char voices and grenades sometimes freezes the map also

dont know about the top part but this means you're missing the sound aliases for the voices. When the character gets excited about a big gernade kill, the voiceover he's trying to say is missing

Unfortunately the way Treyarch did their player quotes, freezes the game if they are missing.

The top part is the same thing - missing character sounds that is - since there are intro quotes for the players and the game can't seem to find them. Unfortunately the way Treyarch did their player quotes, freezes the game if they are missing.
Could this be, cos Im using UGX mod in another map and/or some raw files are missing? So I would propably search for if I have the soundalias?

I looked at the soundaliases and I have the right one for character voices
Also, why dont I get all stock guns and only get like Colt, Ray Gun, Kar and Walther?- Post Options

im having same issue after getting rid of ugx
Fixed it by adding sound,dlc3_vox,,all_sp in mod.csv
